Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of the TOP (Team Operating Platform) service operated by Topcore Inc. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.

1. General Conduct

You agree not to use TOP to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or other users' accounts
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Distribute spam, unsolicited messages, or phishing content
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Circumvent any usage limits, rate limits, or access controls

2. AI Member Usage

When using AI members within workspaces, you must not:

• Use AI members to generate content that violates applicable laws, including content that is defamatory, fraudulent, or infringes intellectual property
• Attempt to extract the system prompts, training data, or model weights of AI providers through the platform
• Use AI members to generate misleading content presented as human-authored without disclosure
• Use AI members to automate harassment, spam, or abusive communications
• Deliberately attempt to cause AI members to produce harmful, illegal, or dangerous outputs

You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before distributing or relying on it.

3. SMS and Messaging Channel Usage

When using SMS or external messaging channels (WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.), you must not:

• Send unsolicited or spam messages to people who have not opted in
• Use messaging channels to transmit illegal, threatening, or abusive content
• Exceed reasonable messaging volumes or use channels for bulk marketing without proper consent
• Violate carrier terms of service or messaging regulations (TCPA, GDPR, etc.)
• Misrepresent the source or identity of messages

4. Platform API Usage

If you access the TOP Platform API, you must not:

• Exceed documented rate limits or attempt to circumvent throttling
• Use the API to scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract data
• Share your API credentials with unauthorized parties
• Build applications that violate these Terms or this AUP
• Use the API in a way that degrades service quality for other users

5. Content Restrictions

You must not upload, share, or create content on TOP that:

• Contains child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploits minors
• Promotes terrorism or violent extremism
• Contains non-consensual intimate imagery
• Infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
• Contains personally identifiable information of others without authorization

6. Resource Usage

You must use TOP resources (storage, AI credits, API calls) within the limits of your subscription plan. Automated processes should be designed to operate within reasonable bounds. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that consume excessive resources in a way that impacts other users.

7. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in the following actions, at our discretion:

1. Warning — Notification of the violation with a request to correct the behavior
2. Temporary suspension — Restriction of account access for a defined period
3. Permanent termination — Permanent removal of your account and data

We may skip directly to suspension or termination for severe violations. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking action, except where immediate action is necessary to protect the service or other users.

8. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of a violation of this AUP, please report it to legal@top.tools. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the effective date.
