Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the TOP (Team Operating Platform) service operated by Topcore Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using TOP, you agree to these Terms.
1. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use TOP.
2. Subscription Plans
TOP offers Free, Pro, and Business subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy.
Each plan includes a monthly AI credit allowance and limits on storage, members, automations, and other features as described on our pricing page. Credit packs purchased as add-ons do not expire.
3. AI Members
TOP provides AI-powered members within workspaces. AI members operate under the same permission system as human members. AI responses are generated by third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before relying on it.
AI credit consumption varies by model. Usage of AI features is subject to your plan's credit allowance and any purchased credit packs.
4. SMS Communications
By enabling SMS messaging channels within a workspace or providing your phone number for SMS features, you consent to receive text messages from TOP related to your workspace activity. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or disabling SMS channels in your workspace settings. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any service.
5. User Content and Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or share through TOP, including conversations, files, tasks, contacts, and tool data. We do not claim ownership of your content.
You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the TOP service. This includes sending content to third-party AI providers for AI features you initiate.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and share any content you add to TOP.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use TOP in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use the service for any illegal purpose, to violate the rights of others, or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.
7. Platform API and External Tools
Business plan subscribers may access the TOP Platform API to build external tools and integrations. API usage is subject to rate limits and these Terms. We reserve the right to suspend API access for abuse or excessive usage.
8. Intellectual Property
TOP, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is the property of Topcore Inc. and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service without our written permission.
9. Privacy
Your use of TOP is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
TOP is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Topcore Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of TOP. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Topcore Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Continued use of TOP after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
